The first time I ever pulled up the dungeness crab trap I was 10 years old, and I got hooked on crabbing ever since. Growing up my summers were spent on the Oregon Coast going crabbing with my uncles and grandfather on his boat the “Gully Whomper.”

Not only do I love the excitement of pulling up a heavy crab trap with big keeper dungeness crabs, I enjoy making new recipes with crab and always finding new hacks and tricks to make crabbing even more fun!
